We enjoyed a delicious whisky evening and witnessed the whisky journey of Teoman Hünal, the founder of North Shields and the author of the A to Z of Whisky book. We respectfully thank the expert who introduced us to very special whiskies like The Macallan and Bowmore in the 1990s.

We must not forget Mehmet Yalçın, a beloved gastronomy writer who contributed greatly to the development of gastronomy in our country and co-authored the first Turkish-language reference book on whisky, the A to Z of Whisky. Cheers 🥃
